My Holiday in Flores
I went to flores last month. I went there to visit Australian Volunteer English teachers in Maumere, Ende and Bajawa. As a result, I also enjoyed the beauty of the island.
I started my first day in Maumere with Jo Keating. After visiting several schools in the city, we took an amazing journey over the mountains to the south coast. We visited a new ingusan high school there. Then, I traveled to Ende to meet Sharon Kidman. Ende has a great market with a lovely selection of traditional woven ikat cloth, and great seafood.
My next trip was to Detusoko, It is a mountain village. I went there with Ginny Edwards. Detusoko is not far from Mount Kelimutu. We woke up at 4 am to see the three different coloured lakes at dawn. It was truly inspiring.
My tamat trip was to Bajawa. It is a small town high in the mountains. It was a very cold place. Yet my trip was fun and memorable. I would like to go back to flores one day.

The queen knew it and she turned herself into an old lady. Then, she came to the dwarfs house and meet Snow White.

Gambar diatas merupakan referensi cara yang paling praktis berdasarkan saya untuk menghapalkan 16 tenses. Memang bukan kasus mudah, namun bagi orang yang menyukai tantangan dan ingin dapat bahasa inggris, rumus 16 tenses tentu bukan hal yang menyeramkan untuk dipelajari.

Tenses ialah sebuah hukum yang dibentuk untuk sebuah kalimat biar berkesinambungan satu sama lain. Lalu apakah kita harus mengenal tenses terlebih dahulu sebelum berguru bahasa inggris? tentu saja tidak, kita dapat saja berbicara bahasa inggris tanpa tahu tensesnya. Namun hukum kalimat itu penting kalau kita akan menulis sesuatu yang bersifat formal menyerupai hal akademis. Nah, aib kan kalau contohnya tensesnya salah?

Oleh alasannya ialah itu kami ingin memperlihatkan formula 16 tenses dalam bahasa inggris sekaligus disini biar dapat dipelajari oleh kalian semua.

Formula 16 Tenses


Rumus : Subject + Verb 1(s/es)
Fungsi : Fungsi dari Simple present tense ialah untuk menyatakan fakta, kebiasaan, atau insiden yang terjadi pada ketika ini

Contoh Kalimat Simple Present Tense

  • I swim every twice a month (Aku berenang dua kali dalam sebulan)
  • Ziggy reads novel in the backyard. (Ziggy membaca novel di halaman belakang)
  • I like korean movies and songs. (Saya suka film dan lagu korea)
  • We speak sundanese at home (Kami berbicara bahasa sunda di rumah)
  • My mother goes to the market every twice a week. (Ibuku pergi ke pasar dua kali dalam seminggu)


Rumus : Subject + to be (am/is/are) + Verb-ing
Fungsi : Present Continuous Tense merupakan bentuk tenses yang menandakan suatu tindakan yang masih berlangsung kini atau ketika pembicaraan itu sudah dimulai, dan belum berakhir ketika pembicaraan itu berlangsung.

Contoh Kalimat Present Continuous Tense
  • I am playing football in the school field (Aku bermain bola di lapangan sekolah)
  • My mother is cooking for dinner in the kitchen (Ibuku memasak untuk makan malam di dapur)
  • They are watching football match on TV (Mereka sedang menonton pertandingan sepak bola di TV)
  • The weather is getting hot on February (Cuaca semakin panas di bulan februari)
  • They are sleeping on the new bed in their bedroom (Mereka sedang tidur di kasur gres di kamar mereka)

Rumus : Subject + Have/Has + Verb 3
Fungsi : Present Perfect Tense ialah suatu tense yang dipakai untuk menggambarkan suatu acara yang telah dilakukan pada ketika ini. Disebut Perfect alasannya ialah acara itu telah terjadi atau sudah diselesaikan secara tepat pada ketika ini (present).

Contoh Kalimat Present Perfect Tense
  • My daughter cries because she has fallen from her bicycle. (Anak perempuanku menangis alasannya ialah ia sudah jatuh dari sepedanya)

Rumus : Subject + have/has + been + Verb-ing
Fungsi : Present Perfect Continuous Tense ialah bentuk tense yang dipakai untuk menyatakan acara yang telah dimulai di masa kemudian dan masih berlanjut hingga sekarang, maupun yang sudah berakhir di masa kemudian pula.

Contoh Kalimat Present Perfect Continuous Tense
  • Today, it has been raining for two hours (Hari ini sudah sedang hujan selama dua jam)
  • I have been learning english for four years (Saya sudah sedang berguru bahasa inggris selama empat tahun)
  • She have been watching TV for four hours (Dia sudah sedang menonton TV selama empat jam)
  • He have been playing football since eight years old. (Dia sudah sedang bermain bola semenjak berumur delapan tahun)
  • You have been smoking since you was on high school. (Kamu sudah sedang merokok semenjak kau berada di SMA)

Rumus : Subject + Verb-2
Fungsi : Simple Past Tense ini sangatlah sederhana alasannya ialah hanya ingin menjelaskan saja insiden atau acara yang terjadi di masa lalu.

Contoh Kalimat Simple Past Tense
  • I brought you flowers when you was in hospital two days ago (Aku membawakanmu bunga ketika kau di rumah sakit dua hari yang lalu)
  • The thief walked through the window to steal your phone (Pencuri berjalan melewati jendela untuk mencuri ponselmu)
  • The plane landed an hour ago (Pesawatnya mendarat satu jam yang lalu)
  • My mother went to London a month ago with my father (Ibuku pergi ke London sebulan yang lalu)
  • I fed my cat in the morning, now he is sleeping (Aku memberi makan kucingku pagi ini, kini ia sedang tidur)

Rumus : Subject + was / were + V-ing
Fungsi : Past Continuous Tense ini ialah tense yang memperlihatkan acara yang berlangsung di masa lampau.

Contoh Kalimat Past Continuous Tense
  • I was crying when you came last night (Aku menangis ketika kau tiba malam kemarin)
  • I was listening to the music when you knocked at my door (Aku sedang mendengarkan musik ketika kau mengetuk pintuku)
  • That man was smoking when he carried the baby (Orang itu sedang merokok ketika ia menggendong bayi)
  • We were playing football when the sun goes down (Kami sedang bermain bola ketika matahari terbenam)
  • I was going to the party when my parents didn't home (Aku pergi ke pesta ketika orang tuaku sedang tidak ada di rumah)

Rumus : Subject + had + Verb 3
Fungsi : Maka dapat kita simpulkan bahwa Past Perfect Tense merupakan tense yang bertujuan untuk menyatakan suatu acara yang sudah terjadi di masa lalu.

Contoh Kalimat Past Perfect Tense
  • I had cooked the food for you before I go to work. (Aku sudah memasak masakan sebelum saya pergi kerja)
  • I had given everything I have but you broke my heart by leaving so easily. (Aku sudah memperlihatkan segalanya yang saya punya tapi kau menghancurkan hatiku dengan meninggalkanku segampang itu)
  • The audience aplauded after the artist had given a very baeutiful performance. (Para penonton bertepuk tangan sesudah sang artis memperlihatkan penampilan yang sangat cantik)
  • Had you lived in Bandung before you lived here? (Sudahkah kau tinggal di bandung sebelum kau tinggal disini?)
  • How long had you used the Internet when I went out? (Berapa usang kau menggunakan internet disaat saya keluar?)

Rumus : Subject + Had + been + Verb-ing
Fungsi : Past Perfect Continuous Tense ialah tense yang memperlihatkan sebuah aktifitas yang telah terjadi di masa kemudian dan masih berlangsung di waktu tertentu di masa kemudian juga.

Contoh Kalimat Past Perfect Tense
  • Doni had been waiting for his meal for an hour until he got fainted. (Doni sudah menunggu makan siangnya selama sejam hingga risikonya ia pingsan)
  • My sister had been watching TV since I went to school. (Saudara perempuanku telah menonton TV semenjak saya pergi ke sekolah)
  • My baby had been sleeping since I went to the grocery store. (Bayiku telah tertidur semenjak saya pergi ke toko materi makanan)
  • My father had been fishing in the lake more than two hours before he went home. (Ayahku telah memancing di danau selama dua jam sebelum ia pulang ke rumah)
  • You had been reading that novel for a week before you bought the new one. (Kau sudah membaca novel itu selama satu ahad sebelum kau membeli yang baru)

Rumus : Subject + will + Verb-1
Fungsi : Simple Future Tense ini ialah sebuah tense yang menyatakan sebuah acara yang terjadi di masa depan (yang akan datang) atau masih berupa rencana.

Contoh Kalimat Simple Future Tense
  • I will make you happy forever. (Aku akan membuatmu senang selamanya)
  • Dina will move to another school near her hometown. (Dina akan pindah ke sekolah lain yang akrab dengan kampungnya)
  • Raisa will sing all of her songs in the concert (Raisa akan menyanyikan semua lagunya di konser nanti)
  • My mother will cook dinner in the kitchen (Ibuku akan memasak makan malam di dapur)
  • King Salman will go to Bali for vacation. (Raja Salman akan pergi ke bali untuk berlibur)

Rumus : Subject + will + be + Verb-ing.
Fungsi : Future Continuous Tense merupakan tense yang menyatakan sebuah aktifitas yang sedang berlangsung di masa depan.

Contoh Kalimat Future Continuous Tense
  • I will be visiting your house when I finish my homework at 1 p.m. (Aku akan mengunjungi rumahmu ketika saya menyelesikan pekerjaan rumahku pada jam 1)
  • King Salman and his family will be visiting Bali for a week. (Raja Salman dan keluarganya akan mengunjungi Bali selama seminggu)
  • I will be sleeping until 5 a.m, please don't wake me up. (Aku akan tidur hingga jam 5. tolong jangan bangunkan aku.)
  • My mother will be working as a labor in the Ultra Milk factory for 2 years. (Ibuku akan bekerja sebagai buruh di pabrik ultra milk selama 2 tahun)
  • Ziggy will be studying English Literature in Cambridge University next year.  (Ziggy will be studying English Literature di universitas cambridge tahun depan)

Rumus : Subject + Will + Have + Verb-3
Fungsi : Future Perfect Tense ialah sebuah tense yang dipakai untuk menandakan aktifitas yang telah selesai di masa depan.

Contoh Kalimat Future Perfect Tense
  • We will have been married on this end of the year (Kami akan sudah menikah di final tahun ini)
  • The pizza delivery will have been arrived here for 30 minutes. (Pengantaran pizza akan sudah smpai disini 30 menit lagi)
  • I will have been cleaned my bedroom when I finish my homework. (Aku akan telah membersihkan kamarku ketika saya menuntaskan pekerjaan rumahku)
  • My brother will have been finished the game for this two days (Kakakku akan telah menuntaskan game ini untuk dua hari)
  • My dad will have been read newspaper in the morning (Ayahku akan telah membaca koran di pagi hari)

Rumus :  Subject + will + have + been + verb-ing. 
Fungsi : Future Perfect Continuous Tense ialah sebuah tense yang memperlihatkan sebuah aktifitas yang sedang berlangsung dengan rentang waktu tertentu di masa depan.

Contoh Kalimat Future Perfect Continuous Tense
  • Next year my family will have been living in France. (Tahun depan keluargaku akan telah sedang tinggal di perancis)
  • She will have been watching TV when she's home. (Dia akan telah sedang menonton TV ketika ia tiba di rumah)
  • I will have been driving the car in the whole tomorrow night. (Aku akan telah sedang mengemudi mobill di sepanjang besok malam)
  • I will have been waiting for you tomorrow night (Aku akan sudah sedang menunggumu besok malam)
  • My mother will have been working as a teacher for three years (Ibuku akan sudah sedang bekerja sebagai guru selama 3 tahun)

Rumus :  Subject + Would + Verb 1
Fungsi : Past Future Tense ialah sebuah tense yang dipakai untuk mengungkapkan sebuah impian yang tidak terwujud. Dikatakan Past Future alasannya ialah si pelaku ini akan melaksanakan sesuatu di masa depan tapi gagal alasannya ialah sesuatu di masa lalu.

Contoh Kalimat Past Future Tense
  • I would visit you If I knew that you were sick yesterday. (Aku akan mengunjungimu kalau saya tahu bahwa akamu sedang sakit)
  • I would watch the sarah sechan show if I knew that the guest star was Justin Bieber. (Aku akan menonton program sarah sechan kalau saya tahu bintang tamunya ialah Justin Bieber)
  • My father would buy more grapes, if he knew that my sister likes it a lot. (Ayahku akan membeli lebih banyak anggur kalau mengetahui adikku sangat menyukainya)
  • Our family would visit Korea if we had plenty of money. (Keluarga kami akan mengunjungi Korea kalau kau punya banyak uang)
  • I would go to the concert, If I was not sick today. (Aku akan pergi ke konser, kalau saya tidak sakit hari ini)

Rumus : Subject + would + be + verb-ing
Fungsi : Past Future Continuous Tense merupakan sebuah tense yang akan dan sedang berlangsung di masa lalu. Maka acara yang akan di lakukan di masa depan itu tidak jadi dilakukan alasannya ialah suatu hal di masa lalu.

Contoh Kalimat Past Future Continuous Tense
  • My sister would be winning the first place if she got more practice. (Adikku akan memenangkan juara pertama, kalau ia lebih banyak berlatih)
  • My baby would not be crying if she drank the milk. (Bayiku tidak akan menangis kalau ia minum susu)
  • My mother would be cooking some tasty foods, if you came to the house. (Ibuku akan memasak masakan lezat kalau kau tiba ke rumah)
  • I would be taking a bus to get here, but there wasn't one of them. (Aku akan naik bis untuk kesini, tapi tadi tidak ada satupun)
  • I would be having breakfast if I didn't come late to the school. (Aku akan sarapan kalau saya tidak terlambat ke sekolah)

Rumus : Subject + would + have + Verb-3
Fungsi : Past Future Perfect Tense ialah sebuah tense yang menyatakan sebuah insiden yang akan terjadi dan sudah selesai di masa lampau. Kaprikornus insiden yang akan dilakukan ini tidak jadi dilakukan di masa kemudian alasannya ialah suatu hal, atau dapat juga hanya sebatas angan-angan semata.

Contoh Kalimat Past Future Perfect Tense
  • My mother would have eaten the poisoned food if I hadn't told her. (Ibuku akan telah memakan masakan yang beracun, kalau saya tidak memberitahunya)
  • She would have liked this painting a lot, If she had been here. (Kakakku akan telah sangat menyukai lukisan ini, kalau ia masih disini)
  • My cat would have gave birth to her children if she hadn't died when pregnant. (Kucingku akan melahirkan anak-anaknya kalau ia tidak mati ketika hamil)
  • Lina would have finished her project on time if she hadn't went out for shopping. (Lina akan telah menuntaskan tugasnya tepat waktu kalau ia tidak pergi keluar untuk shopping)
  • She would have learnt English well if she hadn't dropped out from her school. (Dia akan telah mempelajari bahasa inggris dengan baik kalau ia tidak dikeluarkan dari sekolah)

Rumus : Subject + would + have + been + verb-ing
Fungsi : Past Future Perfect Continuous ini merupakan sebuah tenses yang memperlihatkan sebuah aktifitas yang sedang akan terjadi dan masih berlanjut di masa lampau. Past Future Perfect Continuous Tense menggunakan keterangan waktu lampau dan mempunyai durasi tertentu yang memperlihatkan suatu acara sedang berlangsung dari suatu masa ke suatu masa.

Contoh Kalimat Past Future Perfect Continuous Tense
  • I would have been traveling to South Korea last month if my passport didn't lost. (Aku akan sudah sedang berlibur ke korea selatan bulan kemudian kalau passportku tidak hilang)
  • She would have been waiting for taxi to come when she came back from school (Dia akan sudah sedang menunggu taxi untuk tiba ketika ia pulang dari sekolah)
  • I would not have been eating instant noodle if I knew the side effects of it. (Aku tidak akan sudah sedang makan mie instan kalau saya tahu efek sampingnya)
  • My mother would have been buying clothes if I didn't warn her that we are running out of money. (Ibuku akan telah sedang membeli banyak pakaian kalau saya tidak memperingatkannya bahwa kita kehabisan uang)
  • Dika said that he would have been reading for three hours if her sister didn't bother him. (Dika bilang bahwa ia akan sudah sedang membaca selama 3 jam kalau adiknya tidak mengganggunya)

Cara Praktis Belajar Bahasa Inggris Di Rumah

Banyak cara yang dilakukan orang untuk sanggup berbahasa inggris dengan baik. Misalnya dengan berguru di sekolah atau mengikuti les khusus. Namun terkadang cara tersebut tidak efektif dan malah menciptakan kita pusing dengan banyaknya bahan yang harus di pelajari.

Memang akan sedikit menantang, alasannya yakni yang saya rasa buku yang ditulis oleh orang orisinil berbahasa inggris sangatlah berbeda dengan buku bahasa inggris yang ditulis oleh bangsa kita sendiri. Jika kalian tidak sanggup menemukan buku, bukalah internet. Bacalah artikel, berita, ataupun buku yang berbahasa inggris. Dengan begitu kita sanggup menemukan kosakata gres yang sanggup memperkaya pengetahuan kita dalam bahasa Inggris.

          Hydroponics is an unconventional growing technique. It is the cultivation of plants in water. The idea of hydrophonics comes from assumption that plants do not need soil. They need only the nutrients and moisture in the soil, and these can be supplied through gravel beds that contain water.
          Hydrophonics is not a new process. As long ago as 1690, an English physician tried growing plants in water in a laboratory experiment. In 1800 some German researchers used the method to develop many of the formulas for plant nutrient solution which are still used today. About generation ago, hydrophonics moved out of the research laboratory into commercial use. In 1936 a California physiologist, W.F Gerick, published a guidelines for hydrophonics agriculture.
          One of the leading companies in the field of Hydrophonics is Hydrophonich Incorporated of Glendele, Arizona. It produces more than 2,7 million kilogram of fruit and vegetables each year mostly tomatoes, but also cucumbers, lettuces and melons. Crop yield are excellent for example each nature tomato plant produces an average of 12,1 kilos of fruit a year of two growing cycles. These companies with about 9 kilos for two crops of the average soil grown plant.
          Everything is carefully controlled in the green house; the temperature, the humidity, and the air circulation, wind, hail, frost, drought, weeds, and insects are all excluded.
          In recent years, hydrophonics farming has been expanding in many parts of the world. A hydrophonics farm operated by the government of Kuwait produces fresh tomatoes at a desert site near the capital city. At Puerto Penasco, Mexico, and Sadiyat Island Abu Dhabi, experimental hydrophonics farms use sea water that is desalinated by special installment located on the coast.
